Welspun Corp Bags Rs 2,000 Crore Saudi Order

Welspun Corp's associate company, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry, has secured a Rs 2,000 crore order from Saudi Aramco for steel pipes. The contract is valued at 771 million Saudi Riyal and will run for six months. This order is expected to impact financials from the fourth quarter of the current financial year through the first quarter of financial year 2028. Welspun Corp shares rallied 5% on Monday following the announcement.

वेल्स्पन कॉर्प की सहयोगी कंपनी, ईस्ट पाइप्स इंटीग्रेटेड कंपनी फॉर इंडस्ट्री को सऊदी अरामको से 2,000 करोड़ रुपये का स्टील पाइप्स का ऑर्डर मिला है। यह कॉन्ट्रैक्ट 771 मिलियन सऊदी रियाल का है और छह महीने तक चलेगा। इस ऑर्डर का असर चालू वित्त वर्ष की चौथी तिमाही से लेकर वित्त वर्ष 2028 की पहली तिमाही तक के वित्तीय नतीजों पर दिखेगा। इस खबर के बाद सोमवार को वेल्स्पन कॉर्प के शेयर 5% चढ़ गए।
