Shark Tank star Barbara Corcoran has purchased a 3,100-square-foot penthouse on New York's Upper East Side. She first saw the property decades ago and encountered it again seven months before it was listed, outbidding herself twice to secure it. After a nine-month renovation led by designer Allegra O. Eifler, the home has been transformed into her 'beach house on Fifth Avenue,' blending sophistication with a relaxed coastal feel. The redesign incorporates personal items and antiques, creating a lived-in, welcoming space.
