Panel Seeks Citizen Inputs On 'Unnatural' Demographic Shifts Across India

A high-level committee studying "unnatural" demographic shifts in India has invited individual citizens to share their observations and studies on major demographic changes over the past 15 years. Responders can detail perceived causes, effects on employment, education, healthcare, and social harmony, and suggest recommendations. The committee, inaugurated by Justice Prakash Prabhakar Naolekar (Retd), also seeks inputs from various stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations. The collected data aims to help identify causes of demographic changes and develop a system for identifying, detaining, and deporting illegal immigrants.

भारत में 'अस्वाभाविक' जनसांख्यिकीय बदलावों का अध्ययन कर रही एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने व्यक्तिगत नागरिकों को पिछले 15 वर्षों में हुए प्रमुख जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तनों पर अपने अवलोकन और अध्ययन साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया है। उत्तरदाता कथित कारणों, रोजगार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा और सामाजिक सद्भाव पर प्रभावों का विवरण दे सकते हैं, और सिफारिशें सुझा सकते हैं। न्यायमूर्ति प्रकाश प्रभाकर नाओलेकर (सेवानिवृत्त) द्वारा उद्घाटन की गई समिति ने सरकारी निकायों, गैर सरकारी संगठनों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों सहित विभिन्न हितधारकों से भी इनपुट मांगा है। एकत्र किए गए डेटा का उद्देश्य जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तनों के कारणों की पहचान करने और अवैध अप्रवासियों की पहचान, हिरासत और निर्वासन के लिए एक प्रणाली विकसित करने में मदद करना है।
