Zetwerk IPO: Anchor Bidding Sees Rs 2,251 Crore Mopped Up

Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses has successfully raised Rs 2,251.23 crore through anchor investor bidding on October 14, ahead of its initial public offering. Prominent global investors like BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Nomura participated, alongside numerous domestic mutual funds and insurance companies. The company allocated 14,90,88,220 equity shares at Rs 151 per share to 99 anchor investors. Zetwerk's maiden share sale, which opens on October 15, aims to raise a total of Rs 5,012.33 crore.
