Vizianagaram Collector S. Ramsundar Reddy and four other officials escaped unharmed when a speeding lorry collided with their car near Ramabhadrapuram on Wednesday evening. The incident occurred as the Collector was returning to Vizianagaram after inspecting floodwaters at Paradi bridge. While the official car sustained partial damage, all occupants, including the driver, were safe but shaken. Police are investigating the accident, with the lorry driver abandoning the vehicle after the collision.
