Supriya Sule Opposes FCRA Bill, Seeks JPC Review

NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule has voiced opposition to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026, in its present form. She has urged the central government to either withdraw the bill or refer it to a Joint Parliamentary Committee for further deliberation. Sule emphasized that foreign funding should not be automatically viewed with suspicion.

एनसीपी (एसपी) की नेता सुप्रिया सुले ने विदेशी अंशदान (विनियमन) संशोधन विधेयक, 2026 का मौजूदा स्वरूप में विरोध किया है। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार से विधेयक को वापस लेने या आगे की चर्चा के लिए संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजने का आग्रह किया है। सुले ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि विदेशी फंडिंग को स्वचालित रूप से संदेह की दृष्टि से नहीं देखा जाना चाहिए।
