पंजाब सरकार ने अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए 'नो वर्क, नो पे' की सख़्त नीति लागू की है। जो भी कर्मचारी बिना बताए ड्यूटी से ग़ायब पाए जाएंगे, उनका वेतन नहीं मिलेगा। ख़बरों के मुताबिक, कई कर्मचारी हाज़िरी लगाकर काम पर नहीं आते। इस क़दम से जवाबदेही बढ़ेगी और लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं मिलेंगी, क्योंकि अब सबको अपनी ड्यूटी ठीक से करनी होगी।
