A French Mirage 2000D fighter jet crashed near Rogeville, eastern France, during a night training mission while on its final approach to an air base. The accident resulted in the death of at least one crew member, with another still missing. Search operations were conducted overnight despite adverse weather conditions. The aircraft belonged to the 133 Nancy-Ochey air base. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the crash, which involved an experienced weapons systems officer and a young pilot.
