Asia's oldest stock exchange, BSE Ltd., is seeking a new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer as the current head, Sundararaman Ramamurthy, is set to retire next year. Ramamurthy will turn 65, the mandatory retirement age for the position. The BSE has outlined specific criteria for applicants, requiring at least 20 years of professional experience, including five years in a senior leadership role, and an age below 62.
