Kerala Revenue Minister K. Rajan has indicated that rule changes are being considered to streamline land conversion and title deed distribution processes. Following review meetings in all 14 districts, the government will examine practical suggestions and proposals for legal amendments. Appropriate decisions will then be taken to improve land administration efficiency.
