Woman's In-Laws Allegedly Taunted Her To 'Hang Yourself With Daughter'

The prosecution alleges that a woman was repeatedly taunted by her in-laws over her failure to meet their demands for money and valuables. Police informed the court that the accused allegedly told her, "If you cannot bring the money or articles we have asked for, why don’t you go to another flat and hang yourself along with your daughter using a rope or dupatta from the ceiling fan?" The court has remanded two accused, Mangal and Arvind, in police custody until November 7.

पुलिस ने कोर्ट को बताया कि एक महिला को उसके ससुराल वालों ने पैसे और कीमती सामान की मांगें पूरी न करने पर बार-बार ताने मारे। आरोपियों ने कथित तौर पर महिला से कहा, "अगर तुम हमारे मांगे हुए पैसे या सामान नहीं ला सकती, तो किसी दूसरे फ्लैट में जाकर रस्सी या दुपट्टे से पंखे से लटककर अपनी बेटी के साथ क्यों नहीं मर जाती?" कोर्ट ने दो आरोपियों, मंगल और अरविंद को 7 नवंबर तक पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया है।
