His daughter, Supriya Sule, announced that he is expected to be discharged from Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday morning. Leaders including Rahul Gandhi, Devendra Fadnavis, and Mamata Banerjee have inquired about his health. Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited Pawar, noting his strong willpower and concern for the state's drought situation. Pawar was previously admitted to a Pune hospital before transferring to Mumbai.
