Bengal BJP Rejigs Team, Names New Wing Chiefs

The Bengal BJP has undergone a significant organisational reshuffle, appointing new presidents for its women's and youth wings and changing district presidents. Sharbari Mukherjee was replaced by Saumitra Khan, while Anjana Basu, a television actor, now heads the Mahila Morcha. Amit Samanta takes over as Yuva Morcha president. These changes aim to balance representation between north and south Bengal and align with the party's 'one person, one post' policy for elected officials. New district presidents were also appointed across seven organisational districts.

बंगाल बीजेपी में बड़ा सांगठनिक फेरबदल हुआ है। महिला मोर्चा और युवा मोर्चा के नए अध्यक्ष बनाए गए हैं, साथ ही जिला अध्यक्षों को भी बदला गया है। शर्बनी मुखर्जी की जगह सौमित्र खान आए हैं, जबकि टीवी एक्ट्रेस अंजना बसु अब महिला मोर्चा की कमान संभालेंगी। अमित सामंता युवा मोर्चा के नए अध्यक्ष बने हैं। इन बदलावों से उत्तर और दक्षिण बंगाल में प्रतिनिधित्व का संतुलन बनाने और 'एक व्यक्ति, एक पद' की नीति का पालन करने की कोशिश है। सात जिलों में नए जिला अध्यक्ष भी नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
