पर्पल स्टाइल लैब्स ने अपनी पूरी तरह से अपनी सहायक कंपनी, PSL Retail में 420 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह फैसला कंपनी के बोर्ड ने 15 सितंबर 2026 को लिया। यह निवेश PSL Retail के इक्विटी शेयर खरीदने के लिए राइट्स इश्यू के जरिए किया जाएगा। इस कदम का उद्देश्य कंपनी के हालिया IPO से प्राप्त राशि का आंशिक उपयोग करना है। इससे सहायक कंपनी के संचालन और विकास में मदद मिलेगी।
