Govt Launches Cross-Border E-commerce Export Framework

The Indian government has operationalised a new inventory-based framework specifically for cross-border e-commerce exports. This initiative aims to streamline international trade for businesses. All interested firms must now conduct their export operations through a registered entity acting as an EOR. This move is expected to simplify procedures and boost India's e-commerce export capabilities, making it easier for domestic businesses.

भारतीय सरकार ने क्रॉस-बॉर्डर ई-कॉमर्स एक्सपोर्ट के लिए एक नया इन्वेंट्री-आधारित ढाँचा शुरू किया है। इससे कंपनियों के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार आसान होगा। अब सभी कंपनियों को एक पंजीकृत EOR (Employer of Record) के ज़रिए ही अपने एक्सपोर्ट करने होंगे। इससे प्रक्रियाएँ सरल होंगी और भारत की ई-कॉमर्स एक्सपोर्ट क्षमता बढ़ेगी, जिससे घरेलू व्यवसायों को मदद मिलेगी।
