Some smartphones, including Google Pixel, Motorola, and Nothing devices, are unable to access Airtel's Fast Lane 5G network slicing service even with 5G Standalone support. This was observed when one user's Vivo phone connected to the service while a Google Pixel 11 did not, despite both having Airtel postpaid connections. While the Airtel Thanks app confirmed service availability and SIM compatibility, it flagged the Pixel 11 as incompatible due to missing software.
