Motorcyclist Assaults Cop, Damages Body Camera

A traffic constable in Behala, Kolkata, was assaulted by a motorcyclist on Wednesday morning during a no-parking enforcement drive. The constable had stopped the rider for violating the one-way rule and parking in a no-parking zone near Ritam Vidyapith. When the constable attempted to issue a penalty, the motorcyclist allegedly became aggressive, assaulted him, and damaged his government-issued body camera.

कोलकाता के बेहला में बुधवार सुबह एक ट्रैफिक पुलिस वाले के साथ बदसलूकी हुई। एक बाइक सवार ने तब मारा-पीटा जब सिपाही ने उसे वन-वे तोड़ने और नो-पार्किंग ज़ोन में गाड़ी खड़ी करने पर रोका। सिपाही जब चालान काटने लगा तो बाइक सवार आग-बबूला हो गया और उसने सिपाही को मारा-पीटा और उसका बॉडी कैमरा भी तोड़ दिया।
