BJP MLA Pritam Lodhi's Son Declared Fugitive, Arrest Warrant Issued

A district court in Gwalior has declared Dinesh Lodhi, son of BJP MLA Pritam Lodhi, a fugitive. He has been declared absconding after failing to appear in court for an attempted murder case since July 2024. The court has issued a permanent arrest warrant against him, presenting a challenge for the police to apprehend and present him. This is not the first time Dinesh Lodhi has faced a permanent arrest warrant, as a similar warrant was issued in July by a special SC-ST court.

ग्वालियर की एक जिला अदालत ने बीजेपी विधायक प्रीतम लोधी के बेटे दिनेश लोधी को भगोड़ा घोषित कर दिया है। जुलाई 2024 से हत्या के प्रयास के मामले में अदालत में पेश न होने के बाद उसे फरार घोषित किया गया है। अदालत ने उसके खिलाफ स्थायी गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किया है, जिससे पुलिस के लिए उसे पकड़कर पेश करना एक चुनौती बन गया है। यह पहली बार नहीं है जब दिनेश लोधी को स्थायी गिरफ्तारी वारंट का सामना करना पड़ा है, क्योंकि जुलाई में एक विशेष SC-ST अदालत ने भी ऐसा ही वारंट जारी किया था।
