A retired Army havaldar, Ram Avtar, is providing free physical training to youths in Bokaro's Sector 12 for government job recruitment tests. After serving for 26 years and retiring in 2023, Avtar began guiding neighbourhood aspirants, which evolved into a structured program. He has trained around 100 youths over the past two years, with many securing jobs, including ten recently selected for railway positions. Avtar emphasizes discipline, consistency, and mental resilience alongside physical fitness, aiming to help more youngsters join the armed forces and government services.

सेवानिवृत्त आर्मी हवलदार राम अवतार बोकारो के सेक्टर 12 में युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी भर्ती परीक्षाओं के लिए मुफ्त शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं। 26 साल सेवा करने और 2023 में सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद, अवतार ने पड़ोस के उम्मीदवारों का मार्गदर्शन करना शुरू किया, जो एक संरचित कार्यक्रम में विकसित हुआ। उन्होंने पिछले दो वर्षों में लगभग 100 युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया है, जिनमें से कई ने नौकरियां हासिल की हैं, जिनमें हाल ही में रेलवे पदों के लिए चुने गए दस लोग भी शामिल हैं। अवतार शारीरिक फिटनेस के साथ-साथ अनुशासन, निरंतरता और मानसिक लचीलेपन पर जोर देते हैं, जिसका लक्ष्य अधिक युवाओं को सशस्त्र बलों और सरकारी सेवाओं में शामिल होने में मदद करना है।
