दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने कहा है कि सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अपनी ड्यूटी के अंदर और बाहर, दोनों जगह अच्छा बर्ताव करना चाहिए। कोर्ट ने जोर दिया कि उनका निजी व्यवहार भी लोगों की सोच और सरकारी संस्थानों पर भरोसे को प्रभावित करता है। कर्मचारियों से उम्मीद की जाती है कि वे हर समय अपने पद की गरिमा बनाए रखें और ऐसा कोई काम न करें जिससे उनकी नौकरी या विभाग का नाम खराब हो।
