Sobha Q2 Profit Plunges 54.5% To ₹33 Crore Despite Record First Half Sales

Real estate developer Sobha Limited reported a significant 54.5 per cent year-on-year drop in consolidated net profit for the September quarter, reaching ₹32.96 crore. Revenue from operations also saw a 31.3 per cent decline to ₹967.06 crore compared to the previous year. Despite the quarterly dip, the company achieved record sales in the first half of the financial year, with a 47.2 per cent growth. Managing Director Jagadish Nangineni attributed the strong H1 performance to customer trust and successful business strategy execution.
