AI-Driven World Demands Adaptable Graduates, Not Just Tech Skills

Hindustan Times · education

Graduates entering the workforce in 2030 will face an unpredictable job market reshaped by AI. Higher education must prepare them not just with current technology knowledge, but with adaptability for evolving roles. Human skills like communication, creativity, and problem-solving become more valuable as technology advances. Universities need to integrate employability skills throughout the degree, fostering professional judgment and workplace confidence through real-world applications and employer collaboration.
