Harish Bhat Resigns As Trent Director Due to Commitments

Harish Bhat has resigned as a non-executive and non-independent director of Trent Limited, effective October 17. He cited growing professional and personal commitments as the reason for his departure in a letter to Chairman Noel Tata. Bhat expressed his pleasure and privilege in serving on the board for several years, admiring Noel Tata's leadership in the company's growth. He joined the Tata Group in 1987 and has held various leadership roles across different group companies. Bhat also serves on the boards of Tata Starbucks and Infiniti Retail.

हरीश भट ने ट्रेंट लिमिटेड के नॉन-एग्जीक्यूटिव और नॉन-इंडिपेंडेंट डायरेक्टर पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है, जो 17 अक्टूबर से लागू होगा। उन्होंने चेयरमैन नोएल टाटा को लिखे एक पत्र में अपने बढ़ते प्रोफेशनल और पर्सनल कामों को जाने की वजह बताया। भट ने कई सालों तक बोर्ड में सेवा देने को अपना सौभाग्य बताया और कंपनी के विकास में नोएल टाटा के नेतृत्व की तारीफ की। वे 1987 में टाटा ग्रुप में शामिल हुए थे और ग्रुप की अलग-अलग कंपनियों में कई लीडरशिप रोल निभा चुके हैं। भट टाटा स्टारबक्स और इन्फिनिटी रिटेल के बोर्ड में भी हैं।
