Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has requested Patriot air defense missiles from the United States, proposing to halt attacks on Russian oil refineries if supplied. Zelenskyy accused the Pentagon of delaying missile deliveries under the PURL program, calling some US decisions difficult to understand. This comes after a drone attack in Ukraine's Kharkiv region killed six people, including children, and injured fourteen. Zelenskyy expressed condolences to the victims' families and reiterated Ukraine's need for air defense systems to stop Russian assaults.
