Lavrov: US-Russia dialogue needs normalized relations

He addressed participants at the 2026 International Festival of Youth in Yekaterinburg, emphasizing that Moscow appreciates the Trump administration's approach to engaging in dialogue with Russia. Lavrov noted that such engagement is always useful, even when positions differ significantly between the two nations.
