Telangana to Launch Dedicated Space Policy Next Year, Boost Spacetech

Telangana is set to unveil a dedicated space policy next year, aiming to become a leader in spacetech, defence, and aerospace. The state already possesses strong IT, life sciences, and pharma sectors, and plans to enhance its talent pipeline through initiatives like Young India Skills University adding spacetech as a vertical. This move follows the announcement of a dedicated Space City at Bharat Future City.

तेलंगाना अगले साल एक खास स्पेस पॉलिसी लाने वाला है। इसका मकसद स्पेस-टेक, डिफेंस और एयरोस्पेस में लीडर बनना है। राज्य में पहले से ही IT, लाइफ साइंसेज और फार्मा सेक्टर मजबूत हैं। अब 'यंग इंडिया स्किल्स यूनिवर्सिटी' जैसे पहलों से स्पेस-टेक को एक वर्टिकल बनाकर टैलेंट पाइपलाइन को और मजबूत करने की योजना है। यह कदम भारत फ्यूचर सिटी में एक खास स्पेस सिटी की घोषणा के बाद उठाया गया है।
