Uttarakhand CM Holds First Cabinet Meeting in Champawat to Boost Border Development

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami chaired the state's first-ever cabinet meeting in Champawat district, located near the India-Nepal border. Dhami stated that cabinet meetings will now be held in various districts, not just Dehradun, to bridge the gap between governance and citizens. उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भारत-नेपाल सीमा के पास स्थित चंपावत जिले में राज्य की पहली कैबिनेट बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। इस पहल का उद्देश्य दूरदराज के इलाकों में शासन को करीब लाना और स्थानीय मुद्दों को सीधे समझना है। धामी ने कहा कि अब कैबिनेट बैठकें देहरादून के अलावा विभिन्न जिलों में आयोजित की जाएंगी ताकि शासन और नागरिकों के बीच की खाई को पाटा जा सके। सरकार राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और विकास के लिए सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों के महत्व को पहचानते हुए वहां बुनियादी ढांचे, रोजगार, पर्यटन और कनेक्टिविटी को मजबूत करने को प्राथमिकता दे रही है।
