Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd aims for 8-10% annual topline growth, projecting revenues of ₹2,500 crore this year, up from approximately ₹2,000 crore. The company has launched three new excavator models in the 19.1-24-tonne category, featuring locally manufactured Cummins engines to enhance localization to 65-70% and reduce lifetime operating costs by about 30%. This strategic shift aims to make their machines more competitive and appeal to a wider customer base, including rental firms and smaller contractors. Kobelco has invested ₹900 crore in India to date.

कोबेल्को कंस्ट्रक्शन इक्विपमेंट इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस साल 8-10% की सालाना टॉपलाइन ग्रोथ का लक्ष्य लेकर चल रही है, और ₹2,000 करोड़ से बढ़कर ₹2,500 करोड़ के राजस्व का अनुमान लगा रही है। कंपनी ने 19.1-24-टन श्रेणी में तीन नए एक्सकेवेटर मॉडल लॉन्च किए हैं, जिनमें स्थानीय रूप से निर्मित कमिंस इंजन लगे हैं। इससे लोकलाइजेशन 65-70% तक बढ़ जाएगा और जीवन भर के ऑपरेटिंग कॉस्ट में लगभग 30% की कमी आएगी। इस रणनीतिक बदलाव का उद्देश्य उनकी मशीनों को और अधिक प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाना और रेंटल फर्मों और छोटे ठेकेदारों सहित व्यापक ग्राहक आधार को आकर्षित करना है। कोबेल्को ने अब तक भारत में ₹900 करोड़ का निवेश किया है।
