Ganesh mandals in Nashik have decided to conduct the immersion of their main worshipped idols by 11 am on Anant Chaturdashi. This early immersion is a safety measure due to damaged and narrowed procession routes caused by ongoing road development work for the Kumbh Mela. The traditional route and timing for the main procession featuring decorative idols will remain unchanged. Mandals aim to avoid potential safety risks and bottlenecks, especially after dark when crowds increase.

नाशिक के गणेश मंडल ने अनंत चतुर्दशी को सुबह 11 बजे तक मूर्तियों का विसर्जन करने का फैसला किया है। कुंभ मेले के लिए चल रहे सड़क विकास कार्य से रास्ते खराब और संकरे हो गए हैं, इसलिए सुरक्षा के लिहाज़ से यह कदम उठाया गया है। मुख्य जुलूस का पारंपरिक रास्ता और समय वही रहेगा। मंडल रात में भीड़ बढ़ने पर सुरक्षा जोखिमों से बचना चाहते हैं।
