Bengaluru CCB Arrests Two Absconding Offenders With Non-Bailable Warrants

CCB has apprehended two individuals who were evading court appearances despite non-bailable warrants. The arrests were made on October 29 by the Organised Crime Wing. One arrested, Prajwal H.R., a 24-year-old rowdy-sheeter, faces charges in four criminal cases, including attempted murder. The other, Mohammed Moinuddin, 25, is a history-sheeter involved in three robbery cases. Both were handed over to their respective police stations for further legal proceedings. Action is also being considered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for failing to appear in court.
