दतिया विधायक का चुनाव पुरानी FIR पर चुनौती

मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट में कांग्रेस विधायक घनश्याम सिंह की दतिया से जीत को चुनौती दी गई है। एक बीजेपी नेता का आरोप है कि सिंह ने अपने हलफनामे में 1991 के एक FIR का खुलासा नहीं किया। यह FIR पूर्व PM राजीव गांधी की हत्या के बाद हुए विरोध प्रदर्शनों से जुड़ी है। सिंह का कहना है कि यह राजनीतिक साजिश है और उन्हें केस की जानकारी नहीं थी। कोर्ट का फैसला उनकी सदस्यता रद्द करेगा या उपचुनाव की नौबत आएगी, यह तय करेगा।
