Father Wins Rs 30,000 Refund Over Failed IQ

A father in Bengaluru has successfully obtained a Rs 30,000 refund for his son's 'sixth sense' IQ development classes. The classes, which promised to enhance children's cognitive abilities, were found to be ineffective and misleading. The consumer forum ruled in favour of the father, stating the service provider failed to deliver on their promises.
