Mumbai Indians Sign USA Pacer Tara Norris in Historic First WPL Trade

Mumbai Indians has secured USA pacer Tara Norris in the first-ever trade in the Women's Premier League ahead of the 2027 season. Norris joins MI from UP Warriorz, having previously made history as the first player from an Associate nation to be picked in the WPL Auction. She also holds the record for the first five-wicket haul in WPL history, achieved during the inaugural season with Delhi Capitals. Norris will continue with Mumbai Indians at her existing contract fee of Rs. 10 Lakhs.
