The consumer disputes redressal commission directed MakeMyTrip, VietJet Air, and Bird Travels Pvt Ltd to pay the amount, citing deficiency in service. The complainant's son was declared medically unfit to travel following a serious accident. The companies had initially offered only a partial refund, leading to the consumer complaint. The order mandates payment within 45 days, with further penalties for non-compliance.
