Bokaro Police Conduct Security Audit of Financial Institutions

Bokaro police conducted a district-wide security inspection of banks, ATMs, and other financial institutions on Monday. The coordinated drive, directed by SP Nathu Singh Meena, aimed to check preparedness and identify safety gaps. Officials examined CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security guards, instructing managers to fix shortcomings and prominently display emergency contact numbers. Financial institutions were also told to report suspicious activity and preserve CCTV footage for investigations, ensuring continuous monitoring and coordination for enhanced security.

बोकारो पुलिस ने सोमवार को जिले भर के बैंकों, एटीएम और अन्य वित्तीय संस्थानों का सुरक्षा निरीक्षण किया। एसपी नाथू सिंह मीणा के निर्देश पर यह अभियान चलाया गया, जिसका मकसद तैयारियों की जांच करना और सुरक्षा खामियों का पता लगाना था। अधिकारियों ने सीसीटीवी कैमरे, अलार्म सिस्टम और सुरक्षा गार्डों की जांच की, और प्रबंधकों को कमियों को दूर करने और आपातकालीन संपर्क नंबर प्रमुखता से प्रदर्शित करने का निर्देश दिया। वित्तीय संस्थानों को संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट करने और जांच के लिए सीसीटीवी फुटेज संरक्षित करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए निरंतर निगरानी और समन्वय सुनिश्चित हो सके।
