Angel Reese Avoids Suspension But Faces Fine For Technical Foul

Hindustan Times · sports

Atlanta Dream star Angel Reese will not be suspended for the WNBA Finals despite receiving her second technical foul of the postseason. The incident occurred during Game 3 of the semifinals against the New York Liberty, resulting in offsetting technical fouls. While Reese avoids an automatic one-game ban under WNBA playoff rules, she will incur a $500 fine. She must remain cautious, as two more technical fouls would lead to a suspension, which would be a significant blow to the Dream's championship aspirations.
