ICICI Life Insurance Stock Drops 4% Post Q2 Results Announcement

ICICI Life Insurance's share price fell 4% from its day's high to ₹446.30 after announcing its Q2 and H1FY27 results. The insurer's net profit for Q2FY27 increased 25% year-on-year to ₹374.22 crore, while net premium income grew 16.6%. However, net profit saw a slight 3.1% sequential decline. For the first half of FY27, net profit rose 26.5% to ₹760 crore. The company also rebranded from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance to ICICI Life Insurance Limited.

ICICI लाइफ इंश्योरेंस का शेयर भाव Q2 और H1FY27 के नतीजे आने के बाद दिन के उच्चतम स्तर से 4% गिरकर ₹446.30 पर आ गया। बीमा कंपनी का Q2FY27 का नेट प्रॉफिट साल-दर-साल 25% बढ़कर ₹374.22 करोड़ हो गया, जबकि नेट प्रीमियम आय 16.6% बढ़ी। हालांकि, नेट प्रॉफिट में पिछली तिमाही की तुलना में 3.1% की मामूली गिरावट आई। वित्त वर्ष 27 की पहली छमाही के लिए, नेट प्रॉफिट 26.5% बढ़कर ₹760 करोड़ हो गया। कंपनी ने अपना नाम ICICI Prudential Life Insurance से बदलकर ICICI Life Insurance Limited कर लिया है।
