Apple Music's New Selfie Sing Feature Lets iPhone Users Record Karaoke Videos

Times of India · technology

Apple Music is introducing a new feature called Selfie Sing, currently in the iOS 27.3 beta, allowing iPhone users to record karaoke videos with scrolling lyrics. This feature builds upon the existing Apple Music Sing functionality, which debuted in 2022. Selfie Sing adds a camera toggle and four voice effects, enabling users to adjust their vocal mix and apply filters like Echo or Studio. The feature is exclusive to iPhones and currently requires a curated playlist of supported songs, with the stable iOS 27.3 update expected in December.
