Waving National Flag Illegal? CJP Leader Questions Leaders' Detention Near Jantar Mantar

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke questioned the detention of party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka by Delhi Police near Jantar Mantar. Dipke stated that the leaders were detained after reaching the protest site despite heavy barricading and security presence. He asked if waving the national flag had become a violation of the law, calling the detention unjustified and a sign of a dictatorial mindset. Dipke asserted that arresting individuals for waving the Tricolour in India is unacceptable.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (सीजेपी) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके ने दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा जंतर मंतर के पास पार्टी नेताओं सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका की हिरासत पर सवाल उठाए। दीपके ने कहा कि नेताओं को भारी बैरिकेडिंग और सुरक्षा की मौजूदगी के बावजूद विरोध स्थल पर पहुंचने के बाद हिरासत में लिया गया था। उन्होंने पूछा कि क्या राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराना कानून का उल्लंघन बन गया है, और इस हिरासत को अनुचित और तानाशाही मानसिकता का संकेत बताया। दीपके ने जोर देकर कहा कि भारत में तिरंगा फहराने वाले व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार करना अस्वीकार्य है।
