Delhi HC Allows Tiranga March in Connaught Place; Police to Maintain Law & Order

The Delhi High Court has refused to stay the CJP's Tiranga March planned for in Connaught Place. Shopkeepers had petitioned for a ban, fearing disruption to festive season sales. The court noted the Delhi Police's assurance that all necessary steps would be taken to maintain law and order. CJP founder Abhijit Dipke invited the public, stating that waving the national flag is not a crime, even if it leads to his arrest.
