Police in Hosur have arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly attempting to sexually harass his seven-year-old niece. The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday when the child was alone at home. Her mother discovered the incident upon returning from a nearby shop and subsequently informed other family members. The child's parents filed a complaint with the Hosur all-women police, leading to the man's arrest under the POCSO Act. He has been remanded in judicial custody.

होसुर पुलिस ने 29 साल के एक आदमी को अपनी सात साल की भतीजी से कथित तौर पर छेड़छाड़ करने की कोशिश के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। यह घटना रविवार को हुई जब बच्ची घर पर अकेली थी। पास की दुकान से लौटने पर उसकी माँ ने घटना का पता लगाया और बाद में परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों को सूचित किया। बच्ची के माता-पिता ने होसुर की सभी महिला पुलिस थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिसके बाद POCSO अधिनियम के तहत आदमी की गिरफ्तारी हुई। उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
