US President Donald Trump hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping at the White House for bilateral talks. The leaders discussed critical topics including trade, the economy, supply chains, artificial intelligence, and energy security. Regional and international security concerns, such as Taiwan, the Indo-Pacific, and conflicts involving Russia, Ukraine, and Iran, were also on the agenda. The meeting, which lasted one-and-a-half hours, was followed by a tour of the White House.
