UP Advocates Get ₹5 Lakh Annual Cashless Medical

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced cashless medical insurance of up to ₹5 lakh annually for advocates active in the High Court and district courts. The government will also support furniture and equipment in over 10,000 advocates' chambers. Additionally, the Advocate Welfare Fund has been increased from ₹1.5 lakh to ₹5 lakh, and the eligibility age for financial assistance upon an advocate's death has been raised from 60 to 70 years.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हाई कोर्ट और जिला अदालतों के वकीलों के लिए ₹5 लाख तक की कैशलेस मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस की घोषणा की है। सरकार 10,000 से ज़्यादा वकीलों के चैंबर में फर्नीचर और उपकरण के लिए भी मदद करेगी। साथ ही, एडवोकेट वेलफेयर फंड को ₹1.5 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹5 लाख कर दिया गया है। वकीलों की मृत्यु पर आर्थिक सहायता के लिए पात्रता आयु 60 से बढ़ाकर 70 साल कर दी गई है।
