Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has invited opposition MPs for lunch again today at 1:45 PM in Connaught Place. This is the second consecutive day the lunch meeting is being held in the same area. Yesterday's lunch was followed by a planned protest against the Election Commission, during which several MPs, including Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi, were briefly detained by police. The proximity of the venue to the Election Commission office has fueled speculation about whether opposition MPs will again proceed to protest after today's lunch.
