IT services firm Tech Mahindra has acquired Finastra's Cash Management product suite, including Fusion Cash Management, Fusion Virtual Accounts, and Fusion Liquidity Management. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition aims to foster continued investment and innovation within Tech Mahindra's Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) solutions. It also ensures continuity for existing customers through sustained platform access and ongoing services.
