Eight Killed As Car Falls Into Drain

Eight people, including three children and two women, died in Madhya Pradesh's Agar Malwa district on Saturday when their car was swept away in a swollen drain. Seven of the deceased were from a family in Odisha, on their way to visit a temple. Heavy overnight rain caused the drain to overflow, and the driver reportedly misjudged the crossing. The Odisha Chief Minister expressed sorrow and assured support for the families.
