They celebrated the opening of the Knowles-Rowland House, a housing facility that was restored after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. The sisters were joined by their grandmother, Tina Knowles, and Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland. Blue Ivy, aged 9, and Rumi were dressed for the occasion, marking a rare public appearance for the young girls outside of their mother's performances.
