Kerala Commission Directs Guidelines For School Counsellors

The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has directed the General Education and Women and Child Development departments to jointly issue guidelines for school counsellors. This directive follows a demand from school counsellors attending a training program organised by the commission in Kozhikode. Nearly 200 psychosocial counsellors participated in the event, which focused on addressing mental, emotional, and cyber issues faced by children. The initiative aims to standardize the functioning of these crucial support professionals within schools.

केरल आयोग ने स्कूल परामर्शदाताओं के लिए दिशानिर्देश जारी करने का निर्देश दिया

केरल राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग ने सामान्य शिक्षा और महिला एवं बाल विकास विभागों को स्कूल परामर्शदाताओं के लिए संयुक्त रूप से दिशानिर्देश जारी करने का निर्देश दिया है। यह निर्देश कोझिकोड में आयोग द्वारा आयोजित एक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने वाले स्कूल परामर्शदाताओं की मांग के बाद आया है। लगभग 200 मनोसामाजिक परामर्शदाताओं ने इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया, जिसका उद्देश्य बच्चों द्वारा सामना की जाने वाली मानसिक, भावनात्मक और साइबर समस्याओं का समाधान करना था। इस पहल का उद्देश्य स्कूलों के भीतर इन महत्वपूर्ण सहायता पेशेवरों के कामकाज को मानकीकृत करना है।
