Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is reportedly devising a strategy for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh elections, focusing on the PDA (Pichda, Dalit, Alpsankhyak) formula. The party aims to implement this by fielding candidates from backward, Dalit, and minority communities not only on reserved seats but also on general seats. Reports suggest the SP plans to nominate Dalit and other backward community candidates for around 100 seats, including general constituencies. This move aims to increase the party's acceptance among Dalit voters, especially in areas with weaker organizational presence.

समाजवादी पार्टी के मुखिया अखिलेश यादव 2027 के उत्तर प्रदेश चुनावों के लिए पीडीए (पिछड़ा, दलित, अल्पसंख्यक) फॉर्मूले पर आधारित एक रणनीति बना रहे हैं। पार्टी का लक्ष्य इस फॉर्मूले को लागू करना है, जिसमें पिछड़े, दलित और अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों के उम्मीदवारों को सिर्फ आरक्षित सीटों पर ही नहीं, बल्कि सामान्य सीटों पर भी उतारा जाएगा। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, सपा करीब 100 सीटों पर, जिनमें सामान्य सीटें भी शामिल हैं, दलितों और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को नामांकित करने की योजना बना रही है। इस कदम का मकसद दलित मतदाताओं के बीच पार्टी की स्वीकार्यता बढ़ाना है, खासकर उन इलाकों में जहां पार्टी की सांगठनिक पकड़ कमजोर है।
