SC Gives Rajpal Yadav Final Chance To Deposit

The Supreme Court has granted Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav a final opportunity to deposit at least Rs 2 crore within two weeks in a cheque bounce case. The actor owes Rs 5 crore to the owner of Murali Productions. The court noted Yadav's past conduct did not inspire confidence, with the CJI remarking he was "perfect in doing drama". Protection from arrest is extended until October 5, but he must surrender his passport.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक्टर राजपाल यादव को चेक बाउंस मामले में दो हफ़्ते के अंदर कम से कम 2 करोड़ रुपये जमा करने का आख़िरी मौका दिया है। उन पर मुरली प्रोडक्शन के मालिक के 5 करोड़ रुपये बकाया हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि राजपाल का पिछला बर्ताव भरोसेमंद नहीं है। सीजेआई ने कहा कि वो "ड्रामा करने में माहिर हैं"। 5 अक्टूबर तक गिरफ्तारी से राहत है, लेकिन उन्हें अपना पासपोर्ट जमा करना होगा।
